Red Balloons for Safety

Over 500 children and young people showed their boating safety knowledge at the Christchurch Boat Show and were rewarded with a ‘port side’ red balloon.  Coastguard people talked with their parents about safe boating and becoming a Coastguard Supporter.

The winner of the draw for a family trip out on the newest Coastguard Rescue Vessel, Blue Arrow, is Tipora Grennell.
